The OP’s Repl is located here: https://replit.com/@gangserver/py?v=1#main.py

Try this:
Click three dots and Show hidden files, then open .replit file and add disableInstallBeforeRun = true near the top of the file.
Then, open the System Dependencies tool and remove glibcLocales and glibc, and refresh. (You can also remove them from replit.nix file.)

Problem solved.
Thank you.
