Add another section for smaller bounties and allow the creation of bounties smaller than 500 cycles
What problem(s) would this feature solve?
It would let you create small bounties for when you have small things that you need to complete, and instead of having to find and tip someone to help, you could just make a bounty.
Rating from these bounties would also be separate from the normal bounties.
Explain what you were trying to do when you came across the problem leading to this feature request
I wanted to make my website mobile friendly and I wanted to create a bounty for it but the minimum amount is 500 cycles and I only needed a small thing done. I ended up tipping Bookie0 as he offered to help me.

There are some tho, like I just did one for 90 cycles!
Yes but I am pretty sure they were created before/used graphql to be created
Or idk how they were created for less?
