Add Notes field to submissions

Describe your feature request
It would be super helpful to be able to add notes to Teams submissions.
Maybe two ways: one hidden notes for the teacher. And a Feedback tab for the students.

What problem(s) would this feature solve?
Keeping grading straight.

Explain what you were trying to do when you came across the problem leading to this feature request
Find a way to make a note to self about a project submission.

I’m currently using the Chat feature for overall feedback, although that’s not what the Chat is designed for. I agree that a notes/overall-feedback field would be useful since it doesn’t make sense to use in-line annotations for this type of feedback. Replit Classroom used to have this feature.
