Add editing to Bounty applications, but be able to see originals

Describe your feature request
I think that you should be able to edit your applications to Bounties. But the edits should be visible and the original should be visible, to avoid any clear issues with someone stealing another’s cover letter.

What problem(s) would this feature solve?
When I apply for a Bounty, I sometimes later think of some other expertise I have that would have been great to include in the cover letter that could increase my chances of getting accepted. But I have to either:

  • delete my application and add onto it and reapply
  • comment on one of the poster’s Repls or contact them on socials to add onto my letter

Explain what you were trying to do when you came across the problem leading to this feature request
I was applying for a few bounties and realized that for each of them, I could have added on some important information that would increase my chances of acceptance.

Or you could think thoroughly through your application before you apply…

Yeah but I can’t think thoroughly. I have a very bad memory. Also, I would want to submit my application as soon as possible.

You can proofread a hundred times and still miss a tiny mistake, often I come back an hour after applying and realise I’ve made one tiny mistake like Im', and I’d like to change it, but currently, to do that you’d have to delete your application and reapply.
