Account issue about rep not loading

Hi, i wanted to modify a rep that i’ve been working on in the last week. unfortunately i do get a massage saying that my rep can’t be loaded due to a error or that it has broke some ToS rule without having the possibility nor to work on it or downloading it. can i get a feed on what i should do now or if it is a bug??
i do have to work on it as soon as possible so please let me know anything, thanks for your time.
