Ability to change the font of the code in the editor

I want to change my font in the editor. This would be useful to not only make it look better, but people with dyslexia could use Open Dyslexic.

@BluebayStudios , there is currently no way to change the editor font that displays from ‘IBM Plex Sans’, but you can create a feature request to possibly add that feature.

This is a feature request, lol

I changed the topic, it was replit help before.

Odd, that’s not in the edit history.

Yeah, that’s strange.

Yeah, I originally saw it in the Replit Help category.

A few themes have alternate fonts (do not attempt to make these; requires Replit API which could get you banned).

I think I heard that while those were possible originally, they’re not now.

Do you know of any other themes that have alternate fonts?

If you edit it soon enough (usually when Discourse recognizes it as 1 or 0 minutes or something), then it won’t add it to the edit history. (Unless he edited it later on. Then idk)

IIRC it’s around 5 minutes

@Firepup650 definitely still possible.

Make a fork of Eriko’s Advanced Theme Editor, open it, paste your SID, hit refresh, find the theme you want to change, in {}["theme"]["currentUserInstalledThemeVersion"]["values"] find whatever you want to change. for example, you can make all links have the monospace font:

And yes if you edit a post within 5 minutes after posting then it will not show in the edit history.

Like I did just here ^

That was just what I remember hearing.

What is an SID? I’m a bit puzzled.

The token Replit uses to keep you signed in, NEVER share it with anyone. It grants full access to your account.

As long as you’re careful, and only provide it to Repls you trust (I trust the advanced theme editor, I’ve used it before) you should be fine. If you want to be extra safe, use the SID from an incognito window, and log the SID out when you’re done. (Just sign out of the incognito tab)

Ok. How can I get my SID?

Here’s a copy of the guide from the wayback machine, since it seems the main one is gone:
