A Replit project has been unavailable for several days for several students

I have been a dedicated user of Replit for my students over the past 3 years. While minor issues have arisen occasionally, I’m writing today about a persistent issue that has expanded to affect multiple students. We tried https://firewalledreplit.com/ but the project wasn’t available and they received this message.

Last week, a few of my students reported that their web projects wouldn’t preview in the “web view” tab or via the url. The problem resolved itself by the next day except for one student. Today the issue expanded to several additional students.

We get this error when viewing the URL.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. My students rely heavily on Replit for their projects, and it’s crucial for their learning experience to have reliable access.

Thank you in advance for your help!

The Repl Work spaces aren’t accessible to us community memebers (Teams for EDU restriction I believe), but all those repl links work for me.

One of the students told me they could access everything at home. This is starting to sound like a network issue. Can anyone at Replit verify that everything is fine with those projects?

If it is a network issue, why can the vast majority of my students still access the same project while at school? Only these 3 can’t.

Thanks again!

If that’s the case, I’d ask your IT to verify that all *.repl.co URLs are whitelisted on your network.

You could also try swapping the first . in the url with --, EX:
