I got hacker plan but in settings it shows I only have 17GIB

Sorry to hear this! The outbound data transfer seems to be 13.1GiB instead of 10 (for free) until June 1st. I wonder if it has scaled pro-rata for the remainder of the month. Did you just get hacker plan in the last few days?
I’ll add @DianaAtReplit to the topic to see if she might have some more information regarding this.
