500 error code when going from a team repl to the team

Problem description:
When I click on the button with the team name (view video) I encounter an error.

Expected behavior:
That I am redirected to the team.

Actual behavior:
I get a 500 error.

Steps to reproduce:
View video.
Click on a team repl, then click on the name of the repl and finally click on the team name.

This sometimes happens to me too.
Just reload the page you should be redirected to the team.
