25% cut for bounties cash out is just too much

Description of the problem (please keep it simple and short):
It wasn’t that bad in the starting, now when replit is receiving more and more people on the platform they have become greedy. The centralisation and permissioned nature of the platform is going at its peek. 5-10% cut looks reasonable but 25% cut is just too much.
