2 of my folder gets an error, how do i get my files back

Bug description:
i dont know why i was use it as backend for my web server but when i try to check if theres an error, yea theres an error and i dont know what happend it says open foldername: input/output error, it applied on my 2 folder (with an file inside it very important) please fix it asap, its not fixed till now replit staff gives my files back, because on this time i still cannot access the folder because of this error
